1. Please provide your organization’s comments on the Billing, Payment, and Credit Enhancements draft tariff language:

The Six Cities have the following question and comments on the draft tariff language:

Section 11.1.1(a)(ii) - - The Six Cities request further background on the reasons for and potential scope of the proposed treatment of transactions prior to September 1, 2012.

Section 11.2.4.4.2 - - In the eighth line, change “account” to “accounting”.

Section 11.5.6.3.1 - - In the first line, change “dispatch” to “dispatches”.

In the third line, change “credit” to “issue credits” for consistency with other sections.

Section 11.7.1.1 - - As revised, the section does not track properly.  In particular, the reference to “Scheduling Coordinator for the CAISO” appears to be erroneous.

Section 11.10.3.1 - - In the first line, delete the extra word “for”.

Section 11.13.7 - - In the second sentence at line 4 it appears there are one or more words missing.

Section 26.1.3 - - In the fourth line, retain the word “are” for consistency with phrasing in Section 26.1.4.3.
