1. Please provide a summary of your organization’s comments on the February 6, 2023 data submission working group discussion:

SMEs from Arizona Public Service met to discuss and identified questions.

2. Provide your organization’s comments on the proposed Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) data submission requirements for Track 1: Real Time Reliability Applications:
  1. Will BAs/TOPs be required to reduce to seasonal ratings if the RC cannot view adjusted ratings due to loss of communications / ICCP links?
  2. Will CAISO/RC West mandate specific weather data sources be utilized?
  3. Are BAs/TOPs required to submit a value for all the new AARs in the CIM file (Normal ICCP AAR ID, 4-hour ICCP AAR ID, 1-hour ICCP AAR ID, 30-minute ICCP AAR ID, 15-minute ICCP AAR ID)? Or just specific AARs based on how they choose to implement AARs?
3. Provide any additional comments on the February 6, 2023 data submission working group discussion, or any comments/questions you would like addressed during an upcoming stakeholder call:

SCE appreciates the chance to comment on the Track 1 data submission requirements.

2. Provide your organization’s comments on the proposed Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) data submission requirements for Track 1: Real Time Reliability Applications:

SCE agrees with the ICCP direction and looks forward to receiving more information via the upcoming white paper in March.

3. Provide any additional comments on the February 6, 2023 data submission working group discussion, or any comments/questions you would like addressed during an upcoming stakeholder call:

SCE would appreciate additional context surrounding the contents and release timing of the upcoming white paper. We expect to have deeper comments regarding this topic upon release.
