DEAR CAISO, since we are all very busy working on the CAISO 2024 independent release intiatives and the DAME and EDAM BRS review, therefore, we will not be able to provide BRS comments for this initiative before 8/2. We asked for an extention to late 2024 - Dec. 1, 2024. Thanks!

This document pertains to the latter.
