In regards of three different rates, can CAISO please provide a clearer definition of import/export perspectives?

Can CAISO please illustrate with an associated formulars for these two BRQs?

The granularity of the annual report mentioned in this BRQ needs to be quicker. It would be much reasonable if the frequency of the report in quarterly, with monthly data in the aggregated format.
