1. Please provide a summary of your organization’s comments on the revised draft tariff language:

SCE recommends the CAISO to remove the following sentence in Section 40.3.2(d), “The CAISO will reject any proposed assignment of credits that do not match the capacity expected to be shown by the CPE” as it contradicts the sentence that follows.
