Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) agrees with the CAISO’s recommendation for the Flexible Ramping Product Refinements to be under the joint authority of the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) Governing Body and the CAISO Board of Governors. The expected tariff rule changes for Flexible Ramping Product Refinements would be applicable to WEIM participants; therefore, joint authority is the appropriate decisional classification.
