1. Please provide any questions or comments your organization may have regarding section 4 of the FERC 881 Track 2 BRS.
When providing input in the text box below, please specify the BRQ(s) your comment or question refers to.
  • BRQ281 within BRS v 2.0 states that “authorized external parties can see and download CAISO PTO submitted data”.

Could the CAISO provide assurance that only entities with valid business needs are able to view and download PG&E’s confidential data?

  • BRQ281 – Transmission Control Agreement
  • Does the Transmission Control Agreement (TCA) replace the need to sign the NDA?  Or the ISO requires both (TCA and NDA) to be executed?
  • What is governed and/or covered by the TCA? By executing the TCA, will it limit the user’s ability in webLineR to view other transmission lines as per business needs only?
  • Does the TCA only apply for webLineR access provisioning?
  • Where can we find the TCA template?
2. Please provide any questions or comments your organization may have regarding the remainder of the FERC 881 Track 2 BRS.
When providing input in the text box below, please specify the section your comment or question refers to.

The highlighted part of the screenshot below is from Appendix C of the FERC Order 881 – BRS version 2.0.  Could CAISO please clarify what equipment and rating data can a CAISO BAA market participants see in webLineR production?  Will that include all CAISO equipment and rating data or only the ones that we (PG&E) owned and contracted with (covered under Transmission Control Agreement)?  Could the ISO please provide further clarification and definition (clearly spell out) for the UAA provisioning roles to assist and gives us clarity as to whom could see the data and the type of information that user could view?

3. Please provide any additional questions or comments you may have.
When providing input, limit your questions and comments to the FERC 881 Track 2 BRS and project.

When webLineR goes live in production, will all CAISO PTO’s data still be visible to PG&E?  Currently, we do not have authorization to view other CAISO PTO’s data.
