This release introduces enhancements to include behind the meter data along within gross load metering submissions by the Scheduling Coordinators, enhance ISO settlement configurations to accommodate this added information, publish a performance report, as well as provide a feedback loop for the demand forecast model to consider excess behind the meter production.

Outcome: This initiative integrated a new measurement type into Settlements and adjusted reliability-related charges by including behind-the-meter data within gross load metering submissions by scheduling coordinators.
