In BRQs 01040 and 01060, the updated Bid Price calculation for Incremental OE and Decremental or Zero OE does not account for charging. Could CAISO clarify how the charging use case for LESR is addressed in the BRS document?

Section 6.2 (Appendix B- Formulas, Calculation Details, and Examples)

Could CAISO provide a more detailed explanation of the example in Appendix B, specifically how each row and column is defined? The appendix mentions formulas, calculation details, and examples, but the formulas and calculation details appear to be missing, making it difficult for Market Participants to validate the BRS. Can CAISO please cover this topic in the Training agenda.
