We would like to ask the extension for BRS v1.3 review comments due on 12/31/24.

Thank you for your extension request. Rather than extending the current comment period window, the CAISO will evaluate if an additional comment period is viable. If there is adequate time to receive additional comments, the CAISO will provide public notice and create a new activity for comment submission.

Please note that there are currently two companion initiatives for EDAM that will be implemented at the same time: 1) EDAM Implementation, which addresses the entire market framework for the EDAM footprint, and 2) EDAM ISO BAA Participations Rules, which applies specific operational and settlement participation rules to the EDAM market for the ISO BAA (‘CISO’). This document pertains to the former.

We are still reviewing the EDAM BRS with more sections to review.  We expect to complete the EDAM BRS review by early 2025.
