This initiative will focus on simulating Imbalance Reserves (IR) requirements and optimizing IR mosaic parameters prior to DAME and EDAM go-live. Particularly, this initiative will focus on the following IR mosaic parameters: sample scheme, sample days, thresholds and data quality. The goal of the initiative will be to assess performance with alternative mosaic parameter values, recommend adjustments where needed, allow participants to evaluate their own requirements and provide feedback, in addition to ensure BPM/BPS information is updated prior to market simulation.
