This initiative will continue to refine energy storage Bid-Cost Recovery (BCR) provisions, explore storage Default Energy Bids (DEB) enhancements including standard approval for reference level change requests, and enhance the storage outage submission process. This initiative will also explore topics related to state of charge (SOC) management. Finally, this initiative will explore storage-related distributed resource and paired configuration topics.
