INITIATIVE:
Pseudo-ties of shared resources

Started: May 07, 2020

Leads
Jim Price

This initiative will consider a minor tariff change to allow for a share of jointly-owned resources within the Western Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) to be pseudo-tied to the California ISO Balancing Authority Area. A subsequent stakeholder initiative will consider holistic tariff changes to facilitate the broader participation of jointly-owned units.
