This policy initiative introduces new market scheduling options for generation interconnection to Subscriber Participating Transmission Owner (TO) transmission facilities as an alternative to the Existing Transmission Contract based market scheduling arrangement today. These alternative options will reduce some of the operational complexities associated with the current market scheduling options
