Draft EIM Sub-Entity Implementation Agreement (This does not apply to Platte River as it is becoming a Sub-Entity in the PSCo balancing authority area and implementation arrangements between Platte River, the CAISO, and PSCo have already been established. Since Platte River will never execute this agreement, Platte River did not review it.)
